I am planning on getting a new Camera.
the lense for my Nikon F55 took a bang and the focus is gone.
Now I can pick up a Nikon F75 for 133 Euro
or I can go digital and get something like the Samsung Pro815 (600 euro) or the Sony Cybershot DSC-H2 (450 euro)
Any recomendations?

It depends on your budget. I would highly reccomend a digital SLR.
either the nikon d50, d70s or the D200. The d200 is pricy as it is a gap between amateur and pro cameras. the d50 I started with but lots of people opt for the d70.

I was thinking that a non DSLR digital would be good for shooting movies as well.
also the Samsung Pro815 is cheaper and goes from 28mm wideangle to 420MM Zoom with Macro enabled, all in one lense.

depends on what you want to do.
I prefer seperate Video and Stills cameras. You can't beat an SLR for still photography.

Yeah but you have to buy seperate lenses which cost a fortune.
The reason I got a Nikon F55 was because it was cheap and compact, looked profesional and had great image quality.

lens are optional mate. Just a standard 50mm lens will do you on an slr if thats all you want, but its nice to have the range available. I'ev aquired quite a few lens since i started in jan.

Yeah but the Pro 815 has one lense setup that goes from 28mm wideangle to 420mm Zoom.
And macro as well.
not bad in one package.
