If you search for "Simple Sites", it's the last of page 1. But still I am quite proud of this achievement. Is it possible for you guys to see what mistakes or what things I can improve on getting good SERPs ?

Well for that term you could try changing the link text "Discussion Forum" into "Simple Sites Discussion Forum" If it dosnt work you can always change it back but it should push up your position.

good for you. just remember to target keywords that your customers will search for. i.e. "build me a website" - will get you more sales than "website building tips" as the first search term is being entered by people wanting you to build them a website and the second term is entered by people looking to do it themselves.

Thanks. Should I target each keyword on each page ? Like "Simple Sites" on main page, "Simple Sites Discussion Forums" on another and "Web Designers Directory" on others ?

Target upto a maximum of about 8-10 keywords per page.
Each page should have about 5 different keywords from the main page. The main site name you will want to keep on all of your pages.
You should use a different description meta tag on each page as well.

I am thinking of like Simple Sites as the main. "Simple Sites Web Designer's directory" and "Simple Sites Discussion Forums" as the sub. Both have Simple Sites in it.
But I am not sure about the keywords though

Vary the phrases so Simple Sites Discussion Forums can also have Simple Sites web design Forum/s as keywords.

Do you mean the words on the anchor text or the actual text itself ?

Mainly anchor text, although it is nice to have a good spread of on page text. Anchor text should be reasonably varied so as to look natural though.

It's difficult to vary my anchor text in this case. I have very little other keywords. I am thinking of other than "Simple Sites forums", I could aim for "Web Designers Directory" as well.
And it's looks like the rest of the competition for "Simple SItes" are all PR3 sites.

It wont be to hard to rank so. Keep building links and as soon as they get older you should see some good serp results.

Looks like the term "Simple Sites" is not that competitive. Maybe I can be number 1 or 2 by the end of the year.
I have started used more anchor text for the term Simple Sites already. Let's see the results.

Your still in at no9 in google.co.uk Might be a data center flux. just keep building links at a STEADY pace. preferably a low ammount of high PR links as opposed to a large ammount of low quality ones.
