httrack cookies?

So I've been trying to download a site, but I dunno how to apply my own cookies to the site, their is a cookie.txt file which doesn't seem to work when I put in the cookie.

I'm sure when I tried it out on windows I had the option to add additional cookies in the options, but I don't have any such option under linux.

anyone know how I can backup a site using my cookies?

Brill I found it but now I get a error .
Javascript error, or parent window lost.

I can't do it over command line because I can't find the command for login options.
