Just wondering has anyone ever done card counting before?
Considering their is a new movie out about it I will post some sources of information for card counting.
The idea of card counting is a fairly easy objective though, many of movies will say different, I've had people believing that card counting is memorising the cards in a deck
. But ideally you are just working out your odds of winning this can be done learning a table or making your own,
If your a beginner I recommend Hi-Lo table, which is basically
Ace and tens = -1, 7-9 = 0 and 2-6 = 1
if you count the deck using this method you should come out with 0, now what you can do is randomly take out a card and lay it aside without looking, use your method to count the cards then is you a left with say -1 it will be a 2-6.
This gives you massive odds of winning a game of blackjack!
The trouble is with learning the tables, due to so many methods some being so much more precise and some not being like the Hi-Lo just gives you a small advantage at the beginning, a good way to learn one of the strategys is to actually buy a crap deck of cards then go through them writing on them, once you think you know them use a clean deck and say the count out loud.

You may find that a lot of casinos understand and can easily figure out if your using a basic counting structure which is where you need to be tricky, following the Hi-Lo system will get you in the shit if following it so closely so you need to let go of the ropes a little.
