Not sure about all your debugging stuff you posted.

I cant see any reason for your lack of internet connection, unless it isn't your router then I would suggest their are filters denying you access.

From your other post, I see your DHCP is enabled I was thinking that that would be the problem.
Only other thing I would suggest is something darksat said using ndswrapper I believe it is, take your driver from windows and then use ndswrapper see if it helps.
