Hyphens in domain names

Hi guys,

What do you think about hyphens? Would flying-monkey.com get better SERPs than flyingmonkey.com for the terms "flying", "monkey" and "flying monkey"?

By the way, flyingmonkey.com is taken (damn!) and goes to a strange website, no idea why they got the monkey domain!

Flying-monkey.com would rank slightly better for the term "Flying Monkey" although as a general rule dont ever have more than 3 hyphens in your URL string.
flying.com/monkey.php would probably rank almost as well though.

You can hyphen spam Yahoo more than Google as well.
