Why do people never listen to you when you warn them of the severe risks of using Peer2Peer sharing networks?

Kazzaa is the ultimate culprit that manages to get about 80% of my wrath when it comes to these pain in the butt systems.  I am so sick and tired of cleaning up peoples machines after they have been using p2p software.  There are always hundreds of troj/viral infections and countless spyware infections, and I have to clean up the mess.

Fice minutes later, their back on them again!

Anyone here have any views on p2p?

Have a proper antivirus software would help.

Anyway, if they dont do that, you could be out of a job.

I think kazzaa was implementing antivirus stuff a year or so ago. seems like it works really well - not. Even with antivirus, p2p is still very unsafe.

Kazaa Antivirus was crap, kazaa Lite Resurection had ok antivirus and a good MP3 shield, but using it made me realise how much crap was out there so I just switched to Ares.
Then Just virus scan your downloads using a conventional Antivirus.

Personally I like to use my inbuilt and a secondary with P2P downloads, just to make sure.
I know to many ways around antivirus software to trust them that much.
