Crawling a website

So far the best program I know to crawl a complete website not abiding by robot.txt file is httrack, are their any better ones?

httrack is one of the best.
Blackwidow has more features but is not as fast/clean.

Yeah offline browser, trouble with them is you can only cache informative sites like the main one i use to save bandwidth is w3schools, I can't really store the darksat forum as its just constantly changing.
