Argh I hate hosting companys that put a limit on them, I need MORE.
its pure evil for a developer having a limit on mySQL, I ran out a long time ago and i need more.

are their any external kinda free mySQL hosting things?

You can get hosting acounts with up to 10 SQL databases.
If you want to test stuff, just set up a local server.

I do test them on the pc but i like to try it on the actual websites.

I don't use more than 10 anyway :p, but i use at least 1 on each site, 4 domains and 3 mysql the hosting doesnt make sence :p.

Yeah but if your sites are professional, they should each have dedicated hosting.
Unique IPs, etc.

Here's a shared hosting provider im testing atm, www.register365.ie , no limit on the number of databases only limited to the size of quota. it is an IIS server or Apache server depending on the OS of your choice. both are 4/month for the basic package.
